You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory. This video must:
1. Be recorded when opening the parcel for the first time
2. Clearly show all angles of the sealed package and the issue
You must provide the Order ID, proof of purchase, and photos of the shipping label.
❗ Please do not place an order just to test the product. Only genuine cases will be considered for return.
⚠️ Returns are accepted only in the case of a damaged or defective product received.
Please use our built-in support tools to reach out to us with:
• Order ID
• Description of the issue
• Photo of the shipping label
• Unboxing video (mandatory)

3. Log in with your registered email or phone number
4. Select your order and choose Return or Exchange
5. Upload the required details
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping is not free. Customers must ship the item back to our warehouse.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped returns. Use proper packaging and tracking.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If approved, a 100% refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
• Online payments: 2–5 business days
• COD: Provide bank account details for NEFT/IMPS refund
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the mandatory unboxing video.

• Used or damaged items
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized products
• Hygiene and personal care items
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
• Free gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.
• Issues with exchanged/replacement items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
